Select the correct custom form, found below, for your next event. The form will pop up and you click “save” and it will be added to your “downloads.” You can fill out the form directly on your computer.
(If you want to place two different orders for one event send in, for example, a cake form and a cookie form in the same email)
Once your form(s) is complete, save the file on your computer and send it back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Receive Your Invoice
Once we receive your order form we will email you an invoice containing all the details of your order and the total cost.
If everything is to your liking, send us your deposit through Venmo or credit/debit with Square. Once we receive your deposit your order is confirmed and in our books.
Final payment can be made by credit/debit with Square, Venmo, or Cash.
Custom Cookie Pricing
I have a two dozen minimum per order. Most of my orders are for pick up in Palo Alto, CA but I can deliver for a $20 delivery fee or ship my cookies (shipping cost will vary). I heat seal all of my cookies in food safe cellophane bags which is included in your price.
Basic Cookies $50/dozen with a 2 dozen minimum
24 regular size cookies (3.5″- 4″), white and 2 additional colors, up to 2 different shapes/designs with minimal details
Standard Cookies $60/dozen with a 2 dozen minimum
24 regular sized cookies (3.5″ – 4″), white and 3 to 4 additional colors, up to 6 different shapes/designs with more detail
Character Cookies $70/dozen with a 2 dozen minimum
24 regular sized cookies (3.5″ – 4″), white and 3 to 4 additional colors, up to 6 different shapes/designs with character details.
Gold or Metallic painting + $6 per dozen
Watercolors painting + $6 per dozen
