Inspiration Photos
If you have inspiration images you would like to send us, please make sure you send us photos in the form below for design inspiration for a better pricing quote.
Receive Your Invoice
Once we receive your order form we will email you an invoice containing all the details of your order and the total cost.
If everything is to your liking, send us your deposit through Venmo or credit/debit with Square. Once we receive your deposit your order is confirmed and in our books.
Cookie Information
I am currently booking 2-3 weeks in advance for all custom orders
Custom decorated sugar cookies pricing information:
(I can take smaller orders for one dozen cookies, but there will be an additional charge to the cookies)
Classic Set: $75 per dozen with 2 dozen minimum. This includes 3-4 designs and a few icing colors and simple designs
Detailed Set: $95 per dozen with a 2 dozen minimum. This includes 5-7 designs an assortment of colors and more detailing. This is the tier character cookies fall under.
Logo Set: $54 per dozen with a 2 dozen minimum. This includes a light colored background icing with your logo of choice printed on the cookies.
All cookies come individually packaged and heat sealed in clear bags!
Additional charges include:
Gold details ($12 per dozen)
Bows on each cookie bag ($7 per dozen)
The delivery of goods is expected to occur at the time specified on the invoice provided to the client. It is imperative that the client or their designated representative be present at the delivery location at the scheduled time to receive the goods. Failure to be present at the specified time may result in delays or additional charges for rescheduling the delivery. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are available to accept the goods as per the agreed-upon delivery time to avoid any inconvenience or complications.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, clients must provide a minimum of 5 days’ notice to receive a full refund. Deposits made are non-refundable; however, they can be applied towards a future order within a specified period. Any cancellations made within less than 5 days of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy ensures that both parties are protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes to the order.
Product Details
All photos provided by either party are intended for inspiration purposes only and are not to be directly copied or replicated. Our team will make every effort to match colors to the best of our abilities, but slight variations may occur due to factors beyond our control. Only the names, ages, or descriptions listed on the invoice will be included in the final product to ensure accuracy and compliance with the agreed-upon terms.
Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with the product received, it is important to address any issues at the time of hand-off. Once the product leaves The Kibler Elf or if the person delivering the product changes, no exchanges or refunds can be made. It is crucial to thoroughly inspect the product upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations. Failure to raise any concerns at the time of hand-off will result in no further recourse for changes or refunds.
Refund
In the event of a refund being issued to the client, it is important to note that deposits made, delivery fees incurred, or any card transaction fees paid are non-refundable. This clause ensures that these specific costs are excluded from the refund amount and will not be reimbursed to the client. It is essential for both parties to be aware of this policy to prevent any misunderstandings or disputes regarding refund expectations.
