The cookie dough is rolled into a log for ease of use. Place your cookie dough in the refrigerator or freezer and when you are ready to enjoy some delicious treats, grab your favorite knife and slice the dough into 1/2" slices and place on a parchment-lined cookie tray. For gooey cookies, bake at 425F for 6-8 minutes. For a more even well baked cookie, bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
